You can position the thermometer at any of the four measuring points. This means that even flat steaks, for example, are cooked to perfection – a real treat for meat lovers. There is also a time left display and the practical storage space for added convenience.

Cook and bake cakes, meat, etc. to perfection using Miele's automatic programs. No need to program the mode, temperature, or duration. In addition, the degree of cooking and the browning level, e.g. for meat, can be individually defined. Thanks to special MasterChef and MasterChef Plus automatic programs, you can enjoy perfectly cooked, restaurant quality meals.
Added moisture for optimal results
By combining various moist heat operating modes perfect baking and roasting results can be achieved. Knowing them and making the most of them is the true art of cooking. Now you can, in a Miele Range or oven with Moisture Plus. Increasing the humidity in the oven optimizes the cooking of a variety of foods: soft bread with a shiny, appetizing crust, succulent meat with a nicely browned crust, perfect casseroles, delicious pastries and much more.

Pleasantly cool surfaces
Miele ovens are cooled on all sides. This keeps the control panel and handle areas as well as adjacent cabinetry relatively cool. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a lower temperature on the outside of the door, providing greater safety and protection against burns.
Automatic switch-off for maximum safety
The appliance can be locked to prevent unintentional operation, for instance by children. A Miele Oven will also automatically switch off if the maximum operating time is exceeded. Should you forget to switch off the appliance, safety is guaranteed.

Miele cookers and ovens offer multiple timer functions and a minute minder. By selecting a start and finish time or the duration of the cooking process, your meals will be perfectly cooked at exactly the right time. The process is completed automatically at the programmed time. In the event of a power failure, the clock time is saved for up to approx. 200 hours.

You can achieve even better energy efficiency by using the roast probe or by programming the cooking duration. The Miele oven switches off before the end of the program and makes use of residual heat to complete the cooking process.
Removes odors and grease from cooking vapours
Grease and odors are removed from cooking vapors. This prevents grease deposits on furniture, walls and curtains. The catalyzer can be easily activated and deactivated during cooking and self-cleaning.
